BT - Customer Service?
Another moan:
Have been on the phone with BT this morning from 08.15 till 09.00, and have since then rang them twice more - only to get a quote...
I've been promised the quote delivered to my email inbox, in 10 minutes time, three times now.
Needless to say, I haven't received anything yet... (it's 13.00 now)
How smooth and efficient is that? NOT
Thinking now not to use BT for phone and broadband...
16.55: After waiting for an available agent for 20 minutes, I got to the reason why I did not receive my quote;
the email system was down?
